Course Outline

Overview of 'How to Build Horsepower' UTI Seminar in April 2012

David Vizard’s ‘How to Build Horsepower’ seminar is definitely a high tech performance seminar with major differences to any tech seminar you may have ever attended. Firstly DV is most certainly a gifted conveyor of complex information and secondly he has the rare ability to hold an audience near spellbound for an eight hour day. This is very fortunate as it takes him about 16 hours to go through his presentation. It’s principle focus is about finding additional output from high performance and competition engines by dealing with the concepts involved in a way unique to David Vizard. In a word it’s about ‘combinations'.

Will I need to make Lecture Notes?

You can if you want to but this lecture is supported by the most comprehensive lecture notes you will ever see at a Seminar like this. The notes are in fact David Vizard new book ‘How to build Horsepower’. This book normally sells for $25 or so but attendees can get a signed copy for $20 on site. Ask yourself when was the last time a lecture came with 144 pages, 65,000 words and 350 photo’s charts and illustrations to support the lecture material?

Who should attend.

If you are a serious amateur engine builder, a student hoping to make it into the engine side of professional motorsport, the owner or manager of a performance engine shop, a ProStock or top NASCAR engine builder this seminar will be a positive asset toward success both in the market place and on the track. In the Charlotte area, known for it’s high concentration of NASCAR teams, David’s seminars have been well attended by top NASCAR engine builders. At one UNCC seminar only one attendee out of 125 voted not to recommend David’s seminar to others. Reason? He said he did not want others to learn what he had learned and thus dilute his advantage over those who did not attend. All the other guys gave DV the thumbs up including those high powered NASCAR engine builders.
